Each winning Easter egg voucher entitles the winner to two adult or child day tickets to Bristol Zoo Project to be used between the dates of Saturday 5 April and Wednesday 31 December 2025.
Only one pair of tickets can be won by each entrant.
Prizes are not transferable to other events or alternative dates.
Winners should contact Bristol Zoo Project by calling 0117 428 5590 or emailing [email protected], quoting the reference code on the yellow voucher, to claim their tickets.
You must be over 18 to enter.
Bristol Zoological Society reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition would be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Easter Egg-splorers Egg Hunt at Bristol Zoo Project - 5 April to 27 April 2025

Event Dates: The Easter Egg Hunt will take place daily from 5 April to 27 April 2025. One golden egg will be hidden each day during this period.
Eligibility: The golden egg hunt is open to all zoo visitors. Participants must be at the zoo on the day of the egg hunt in order to claim a prize.
How to Enter: To enter, find the golden egg hidden somewhere within the zoo. The first person to find the egg each day will be eligible to claim a prize.
Claiming Your Prize: Once you have found the golden egg, please take it directly to Visitor Information to claim your prize. You will then enter a lucky dip, where a range of prizes are available.
Prizes: Prizes in the lucky dip include, but are not limited to, a zoo membership, a plush animal toy, tickets to a conservation talk, zoo admission tickets, and an animal experience. All prizes are subject to availability.
Prizes must be claimed on the day of your visit. No prizes will be held over for later collection.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Each participant may only win once during the Easter Egg Hunt (from 5 April to 27 April). If you find a golden egg on multiple days, you will only be eligible to claim a prize once.
Participants are eligible to win only once per day.
Only one golden egg will be hidden per day.
The first person to find and claim the golden egg will be deemed the winner for that day.
The zoo reserves the right to disqualify any participants suspected of cheating or not adhering to the event rules.
The zoo’s decision is final in all matters related to the Golden Egg Hunt.
Abusive behaviour to our staff, volunteers or members of the public, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

In the event of non-acceptance or the winner being uncontactable within 24 hours of the closing date, Bristol Zoo Project reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next Shaun spotter.
